Tim Wagner has an extensive 23 years career in owning Businesses
in New Jersey and Massachusetts, specifically Aviation companies which all started at the age of 19. In aviation he has owned
several successful flight schools, a charter company, aircraft maintenance shops, airport management companies and hosted
many community events including five air shows.
Successful bidder for
the 20 year operations of Greenwood Lake Airport. Since that time he has transformed Greenwood Lake Airport from an inactive,
miss-managed, run down operation to a sustainable and successful business, by expanding and improving the infrastructure.
The airport now draws thousands of tourists to the area through his marketing efforts and business strategies. Tim’s
commitment to General Aviation is clearly visible in his efforts to manage and promote all aspects of General Aviation at
Greenwood Lake Airport and his continuing efforts to stabilize and expand community awareness.
At each airport Tim has worked tirelessly with local community and business leaders to educate and expand
the utility that General Aviation affords the local community, to improve airport services and to educate the general public
with respect to General Aviation’s’ value and role in ongoing economic development.

Paul Zarrillo, Vice Chairman
“I'm honored to be a member of the Highlands Economic Development and Tourism Corporation, helping
to promote tourism and the business community of the historic highlands area,” says Paul Zarrillo, who has also served
the community for 7 years as a Commissioner on the bi-state (NJ/NY) Greenwood Lake Commission. As president of O Promotions,
Paul prides himself on his innovative approach to the promotions business. His vision and branding expertise enable
him to work with clients on a broad range of campaigns designed to drive companies forward. As a division of the
O Group, a graphic design and marketing firm that specializes in luxury brands, O Promotions regularly creates promotional
collateral that is integrated into multifaceted marketing programs.
Paul and his family have enjoyed sharing 23 years of living in Hewitt on Greenwood Lake, with the
many benefits that our area has to offer, as well as, the offerings of New York City. Their passion for boating, jet
skiing, swimming, fishing and ATV riding on and around Greenwood Lake, drives his desire to give back to the community.
Paul also enjoys trips visiting has daughter and son-in-law in Vermont and his son at Drexel University in Philly.
Paul is a former West Milford EDC Member.
Jon Sherwood, Secretary
explored the Jersey Highlands by bicycle, on foot and on snowshoe for more than 20 years, including hiking many local portions
of the Appalachian and Highlands trails. He has cycle-toured throughout much of the United States, as well as in Canada and
Europe. He has extensive experience in retail sales and related marketing. He writes a column on the Highlands for a local

JC Ringer, Treasurer
ago, JC Ringer became a homeowner in West Milford Township, but throughout his life the Highlands of NJ have always been a
day trip destination for boating, fishing, biking and hiking. JC has over 30 years experience managing and maintaining
commercial real estate, both his own properties as well as other owned properties. Having been a professional power
boat racer, JC has been instrumental in organizing and working many boat racing events. Other events he has been involved
in are the Greenwood Lake Air Show, the Greenwood Lake Water Ski Clinic, German Oktoberfest (on Long Island). He is
also a member of the West Milford Elks Lodge #2236. With a desire to bring fun family-friendly activities and events
to our area, JC became a member of the West Milford Tourism Committee and later the West Milford Economic Development Committee.
He now serves as Treasurer of the Highlands Economic Development and Tourism Corporation. Eager to promote the mission
of this new group, Ringer says, “Through encouragement of good business decisions and outdoor recreation, we plan to
work within the framework of the Highlands Act to restore economic viability to the region.”
